材料:
1、里肌肉    12片
2、蒜頭     5 顆
3、醬油     2 大匙
4、太白粉    2 大匙
5、義大利香料  適量
6、奶油     適量

作法:
1、將里肌肉組織拍鬆後,加入蒜頭、醬油、太白粉、義大利香料醃1小時使其入味。 
  (加入太白粉醃會使肉質更軟嫩)
2、豬排入鍋煎前,表面沾上少許太白粉。                    
  (沾少許太白粉會使豬排表皮有點酥脆口感)
3、平底鍋加入少許奶油熱鍋,放入香草豬排煎至兩面金黃即可。
